Long time....

Hello out there! It has been a long time,huh? My summer and fall have been rather chaotic, so I have obviously not been able to post. I'm not going to go into all the gory details, suffice it to say, my family moved twice, I've been looking for work, and the kids have been enrolled in school. For those of you who do not know, I am an avid home-schooler. IT was really hard- for me. My son, loves school so much and I am happy for him even though I think I'll homeschool again at some point. My daughter doesn't like it before she leaves in the morning, but when she gets home, she's just full of all the fun things she did all day. Mostly songs and rhymes that she liked. It's pretty nice having the spare time even though I'm going to be working and HOPEFULLY going back to school, so I'll be pretty busy but I think that this seems to be what I had to do right now.

Anyhoo! Magickal-ness! Time to start planning for Yule up here in the Northern hemisphere! My FAVORITE! I love the warm cozy feeling of this time of year! Time to cozy up to your inner self and rest! Contemplations abound when the blanket of white hits. For us, we start to make richer food, and spend more time together inside talking. Not that we don't go outside, because I love to make a good snowman and have a rollicking snowball fight, not to mention making a really cool snowfort or igloo! I know that today, we are going to make some snowflakes for our altar and to hang in front of our windows! I'm so excited! I'll be grabbing at more stories and crafts and correspondences as well as normal everyday magick you can do this time of year!

Tarot

Every morning I read my tarot cards. It's my way of keeping in touch with MY divine. It also keeps me in touch with my tarot cards and helps guide my day. You should try it if you don't already. Although, don't feel limited to just the tarot. You could do any form of divination in the morning. Or you could do it in the evening. Whatever you do, it will keep you in touch with yourself, which is divine.

Hello there!!!

Hi! This is once again, Aurora Moon! I have been trying to put my spirituality into my everyday life and I thought, what better way than to give other people the ideas that I use or don't use so I can use them too! lol

So, every few days, I'll add another thing that you can use to add a touch of sacred to your everyday life. It could be a ritual, or just something small, or something to meditate on, or perhaps some things that you can remember for correspondences.. Whatever I'm feeling will help me and you! :)
